Reservation and Cancellation policy
We may be able to hold a room for you for 24 hours after initial enquiry to enable you to finalise your holiday plans. The booking remains unconfirmed until we advise confirmation by email or post.
Direct bookings do not incur a penalty if cancellation is advised by phone or email up to 4pm 7 days before your planned stay. Cancellations made after this time will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the cost of the first night of your booking – we will endeavour to re-let the room, but we reserve the right to make a charge should we be unsuccessful. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your planned stay or non-arrivals will incur the total cost of the entire stay – we will endeavour to re-let the room and will refund you should we be successful.
Once you commence your stay it will not be possible to curtail your reservation without paying for your entire stay in full. For this reason, we advise that you consider travel and/or curtailment insurance.
If your booking has been made through an agent, their cancellation policy/terms may differ from ours.
Enforced Curtailment refers to the guest being asked to leave the property for any reason the owners deem necessary. A penalty of the total cost of the stay plus any damage/cleaning charges will be applied should the Enforced Curtailment be invoked.
